CPSC Compliance

Doll Kits International Ltd, the company behind TherapyDolls.ca, is a registered business with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Our products are subject to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), which mandates conformance with ASTM F963, which is the highest certification for childrens toys. All dolls ordered through TherapyDolls.ca are supplied magnet-free as our default. No action is required on your part to receive a magnet-free doll. If for any reason you require a doll with magnets, please note this specifically in your order notes at checkout. We have made magnet-free our standard because the safety of residents with pacemakers and implanted cardiac devices is not something we are willing to leave to chance.
